If the appliance is unused and not installed, you are eligible for a return within a 10-day window of delivery. Please note services and installation fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee may apply. After the 10-day window, you can contact-us to engage your warranty for further assistance. - Room Air Conditioners/Dehumidifiers
For room air conditioners and dehumidifiers, you have a 14-day window to evaluate your purchase. To initiate a return, ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply. - Vacuums
If you purchased a vacuum and find it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have a 30-day window to initiate a return. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply. - Consumables/Accessories
